Non Criminal Fingerprinting is available to the public on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, except holidays. The hours are from 10:00AM-12:00PM.
Fingerprinting is performed in the Data Management Office, located on the Main Floor of the Public Safety Building.
Government Issued Photo Identification is required for all non criminal fingerprinting. Applicants must supply fingerprint cards from the agency/employer with whom they are applying.
The charge is $25.00 per card. We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and Discover® credit cards, cash or Postal Money Order made out to the “City of White Plains”.
Due to Immigration & Customs policy, we are not allowed to fingerprint for I.N.S. purposes. If you have questions regarding fingerprinting for immigration related purposes please contact the Immigration Help Line at 1-800-375-5283.
